We met with Mgt Staff at each School visited, in the Principal's Office. Introduced our Association, and commended their efforts in the measures being adopted to safe guard the students as Schools resume. We thereafter signed the Visitor's Book.
Due to the State Govt directives via the State Ministry of Education, only minimal contact with the student population is permitted and so no large crowds.
Most students and staff were observed to adhere to the COVID-19 protocol.
Appreciation
The FAAN UNIUYO Chapter acknowledges the National President and NEC members for the grant support to impact our Community via this advocacy, and to promote the Fulbright program awareness and friendship.
We hope to have more such engagements in our Communities here Akwa Ibom State in the nearest future.
